I shopped for a long while to find the right computer for the work I do. All the prepkgd boxes left something to be desired. I spoke to Rick at this location, he was knowlegeable and courteous. At first blush his price sounded high. I decided to try the HP Pavillion Elite from Office Depot. What a joke. There weren't any expansions slots on the mother board. Its full of junk I have no use for plus I hate Vista. I brought it back 2 hours after I purchased it. I checked with dell to order the exact computer I needed. Thier price was 50% higher than Comp Etc. I decided to order the custom computer from this company. I ordered exactly what I needed..no more. I am hopeful for a good experience. In the final analysis the price was just a little above the HP. I will report further after I recieve the computer. Ive had the computer for two or three weeks now. I am thrilled with its performance. Everything promised me was delivered by this company. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone with specific needs in computer technology.

Computer stores are constantly being beat out by big time chains like circuit city and compusa and bestbuy. You can definately tell why when you first walk in. The in stock selection here is very limited, and the prices are high compared to the big chains. Although the staff iswilling to look at your computer and can help with small problems, they are not quite the ideal shop. Some of the staff is great, but there have been times when I have walked in and waited for minutes at the desk. Some staff refuses to look at your computer without the 90 dollar fee, even if they can fix it with a button or if it is permanently broken. I would stay away unless you can't stand the big chains.

PROS: Some of staff is very intelligent and helpful
CONS: Price, selection
