I live on the west side of knoxville and travel to El Chico's about once every other month to dine. My wife and I think it's the best mexican food by far.

my family dines here about twice a month and have always had consistently excellent food and service. we also dine at don pablos at knoxville ctr and find it surprising that this web site rates it 8.2 and el chicos 7.2. el chicos is a cut above in the quality of the food than don pablos.
