I too was deceived and overcharged! When I made the appointment the lady only told me about an hourly service charge. The service guy was at my home less than 1 hour. Now they claim I have to pay for travel time and gas surcharge - neither of which was mentioned on the phone. Stay away!!!!

This guy is trying to charge me 85.00 for coming by and telling me that I needed to pay over $1,000.00 for a new hot water heater. A guy from Home Depot came by the next day and charged me 80.00 for a new pressure release valve, saying I did not need a new heater.This Joe guy turned over the 85.00 charge for his services to a collection agency and has threatened court action. He is not legit.Do not call him for service. This incident happened 6 months ago and the heater is fine
