Professional salon. The manager took good care of me after the first visit. I was satisfied with the final results. I would suggest to get services in the main salon only even with the high price.

I recently moved away from Knoxville, and I am seriously considering driving back to get my hair done. Paige, in the Studio, is the best colorist. She gave me a great color with red with blond streaks that even complete strangers compliment me on all the time. Chad is the best stylista little pricey, but Ive never been disappointed. Ive had a few disappointing experiences there, but its really about finding the right people. I highly recommend Paige for a color and Chad for a cut. Im desperate to find a salon, in my new town, who can duplicate my look.

I was totally disappointed with Salon Visage. I showed up for my appointment only to be told that the person I booked for highlights was double booked and I would have to choose between him or the person that was supposed to cut my hair. They blamed the recepionist for overbooking. I choose to stay with the hair stylist. In the end the hair stylist couldn't cut my hair so he gave me to a new stylist. The color was great, but the hair cut was horrible. They stylist wanted me to compliment every chop. It took forever and I was very upset by the time I left. I have never been treated so badly at a salon before. I would look elsewhere.

After all the hype on their website about being the best salon in Knoxville, and all the awards, etc, I went there with high expectations and was disappointed. I thought the employees were snobby, and the service was so-so. I was also disappointed with the actual results I got. I went for color and thought they could have done a much better job. I may be judging the whole place by one colorist - but I'm not going back to find out what else they have to offer.
