Barbosa Complete Tree Service left a business card on all the mailboxes in my neighborhood in Knoxville near Northshore and Ebenezer. Being new to the area and one to try smaller, local businesses, I gave them a call.
First off, I took an hour and a half off work to meet them for an estimate. No show! After I called them and was offered a plentitude of excuses, I allowed them onto my property unescorted later that day in order to continue to get an estimate. After talking with them, I agreed to enlist their services. We agreed on a certain day and time. Once again, I took time off from work to run home and let my dog inside. Well, I arrived home from work that day and once again... No Show! Not even a courtesy call.
INCOMPETENCE is not tolerable.

Mac's is one of the last of a dying breed in a world of corporate take -overs. His business is centered on people's medical needs rather than impulsive buying habits corporate prescription services thrive on. Mac's prices are more than competitive, especially when you consider all the extra services (too numerous to list here) you can't get anywhere else. As long as drug stores like Mac's are still around they have my business because they are a service to me.

My mother and I were very pleased with our recent visit to Yellow Sky Salon. We both had Lisa cut and style our hair and we were very happy with the outcome. Lisa is a great employee who we will be going back to in the future. She did an amazing job and I would highly recommend anyone to visit the salon and have Lisa do your hair. It may be smaller than other salons but you get the attention you should have from your stylist without interruption from anyone or other clients. No gossiping or bickering between any stylist that you normally hear at other salons. Our experience there was excellent!!

I received the best highlight, haircut and style from Lisa Courtney at Yellow Sky Salon. After many bad experiences from "big name" salons, a neighbor told me to go see Lisa. I felt that for the first time, in a long time, someone really listened to me and gave me what "I" wanted. The atmosphere was amazing. I was introduced to the owner/stylist Christina and stylist Nicole. I was impressed by the stylists professionalism and the spirit of "team" that surrounded them. It was nice to be in a salon where I did not hear one syllable of gossip, or bickering between stylists. Lisa did an outstanding job and was proud to tell me that her co workers were excellent stylists. I highly recommend Yellow Sky Salon.

My wife suffered from long term migraines, the kind where you scream and throw up. I was at the end of my rope and so was she. I could not stand to see her go through this any more. I heard about the great things they have done at Exodus and I had to get her there. After the first visit she notices an immediate change . It did take a few visits but her pain greatly decreased and now 6 months later She is migraine free. I greatly recommend Exodus Chiropractic. Her first visit was free and they worked out a program we could live with. I am so glad we went.

I HIGHLY recommend Northside Chiropractic, and Dr. Charles Means in particular. They also have two really great massage therapists. Take a look at my X-ray and you'll see that I won't trust my spine to just anybody! They really are the best in Knoxville! I also trust them with my two toddlers. The second X-ray is my 2 1/2 year old son's!

I financed the vehicle with a down payment of $3000. Three days after the purchase the vehicle tore up and is un-safe to drive. I purshased the vechicle from the auto dealer on March 5, 2007. On March 8, 2007 at aprox. 11am the Vechicle failed to start correctly. It took aprox. 20 minutes to get the vehicle running. The vehicle died on the interstate while driving. I contacted the dealer and explained that the vehicle was acting up and that the check engine light had come on. The dealer then said that since I bought the car "as is" that I was obligated to fix it myself. After work the vehicle took a while to get started again and stalled and dies again on the way home. I parked the vehicle at my house and drove to the dealer to talk to someone face to face. The dealer then said that they would help with 15, maybe 20% of the cost to repair it, to just get an estimate and bring it to them, but not get it worked on until they see the estimate because they said they may be able to get it fixed cheaper. On March 9, 2010 the power steering tore up and will now not hold power steering fluid. I am affraid to drive the vehicle to get it looked at and can not afford to have it towed because of the $3000 down payment I had to put down on the vehicle. I am a server in a restaurant and I understand "as is", but they had to be aware that they was selling me a dangerous vehicle. I test drove the car before I bought it, but it was as if they had to bandaged it up to get it off the lot is how I feel. I used money from my 401k to purchase this car and find it unfair that I still have to make payments on a vehicle that I will not be able to drive until I can afford to fix it. I have not even made my first payment and have barley put any milage on the vehicle since purchase. I do not recommend purchasing a car from this dealer. Buyers beware!!!!

This is not an upscale salon as the owner would like to think it is. There is one girl named Nikki that works there who is very talented and some other salon should recruit her. I do not see this salon staying open very long. The owner does not trust her employees. She tells them what to do on each client and then goes and checks each client after each service, as if she were their mother or they were still in beauty school. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. What you pay for the services there you could go to Salon Visage and be in a upscale salon not in a ran down house.

Hannah and Zach came out and talked with me about what our trees needed for good health. They set a date for the work and ,although they were delayed by weather for one day, did the work as promised. Zach brought one helper to spot as he climbed and remove debris as he cut. My yard was left cleared of all debris. They actually charged a little less than the estimate because it did not take quite as long as predicted!

the managers are stupid and lazy, the food sucks and the service is awful. the place is dirty and the entire staff is mexican. no italians, the only whites are some 17 year old girls that get hit on by the mexican 45 yr old owner. i have been to this dump twice and saw the same shit both times. sick , do not go here!
