I purchased a washer and was very unhappy with my choice. I called and they did their best to resolve the problem. When I was still not satisfied with the washer, they gave me a full credit toward the washer of my choice and didn't charge me to deliver & install the new washer. Doesn't get much better than this folks!

good place to get appliance parts by Dawn S. at InsiderPages

When looking for a strange part for a wash machine they went out of their way to try to find the correct part. They went above and beyond to assist me who is not a professional. They seem to normally deal with professional repair people. Their prices are good. I would send people to them
